6 Week SMP Intensive Course

This certification course is an extensive dive into all aspects of SMP to help you enhance your skills, knowledge, and business. The course includes the following modules:

• In-depth Theory: Skin, Hair, and Colour

• Hair Loss: Types of Hair Loss, Alternative Treatments, and Contraindications

• Supply Breakdown: Must-Haves, Needles, Ink, and Machines

• Maintenance Appointments: When and What to Do, Client Management

• Paperwork: Client Intake, Consultation, Charting, Follow-up, and Pricing

• Business: Identifying Your Ideal Client, Clinic/Shop Environment, and Working with Doctors

This course aims to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the reasons behind every action you take. By the end of this course, you will have acquired the knowledge and skills required to effectively troubleshoot any issues that may arise during appointments and in the back-end of your business. Additionally, you will learn how to confidently convert consultations into bookings using a fact-based approach which will enhance your abilities. You will also save time and money when it comes to purchasing supplies.

One on One Coaching Program

This coaching program offers you the freedom to ask any questions you may have. You'll receive three private 45-minute calls, where you can discuss any issues you're facing in a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment. My goal is to help you troubleshoot and overcome any obstacles you may be experiencing with SMP.

Common coaching call topics:

Colour/pigment selection. Dilution rates, pigment brands to choose from, and colour-matching

Client management. How to assess, communicate and effectively manage tricky cases and clients.

Business management. Client records and charting, reaching out to influencers and cross-promotion. Social media advertising and branding.

Follow-up appointment help. What to do and when to do a darkening session or blending session. Troubleshooting unfavourable results.

Supply management. Essentials you need and where to get them. Figure out the best tools for you.
